Initially focused on lending to salaried employees, the company gradually expanded its services to micro-entrepreneurs and small enterprises.
Over the years, Dofin Access Limited has achieved key milestones, including:
- 2025 – expansion to multiple branches in Lusaka and Chongwe
- 2026 – introduction of digital loan applications
